Expectations of Recipients
If awarded, applicants will be required to hold one (1) project kickoff meeting with Harrisburg City staff to discuss the logistics of the project and coordinate on any items needed to seamlessly deliver the project. This Pre-Implementation Meeting with City Staff is required before starting the project.
Project Implementation
After completing the pre-implementation meeting and receiving a “notice to proceed” from the City of Harrisburg, the applicant is permitted to begin the project.
During the project, the City of Harrisburg reserves the right to inspect project progress and stop work if the project causes any clear safety or community concerns.
Final Report & Close-Out Documentation
Upon completion, awardees must submit:
- A brief final report including before/during/after photos
- Lessons learned and recommendations
