Cocktail bar in Harrisburg gives diners a comfortable, welcoming spot

A cocktail bar with a Victorian apothecary theme has opened on Harrisburg’s Second Street.

Justin Browning, owner of JB Lovedraft’s Micro Pub and Sawyers, opened Madame Rochele’s Apothecary at the end of June at the former Taco Amigos at 200 N. Second St.
